Refund & Returns Policy

At ZØNX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused and unworn
  • include all original tags and packaging
  • be in the same condition as received
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • personalised or customised products
  • gift cards
  • items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal conditions.
