We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Delivery Time

We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is typically 8–18 business days depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Tracking details are usually available within 24 hours after dispatch, although in some cases updates may take slightly longer depending on the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

ZØNX is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is managed by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible.
